Used as a filler in the pastry which is to be baked with condensed milk inside or made for other forms of heat treatment including pancakes. Doesn't change its properties after baking.
Appiarence and fracture: homogenous mass without inclusions
Color: light brown to dark brown (depends on the sort and fillers)
Taste and smell: very sweet with taste and smell of fillers without unexpected inclusions
Moisture share – up to 40%.
Fat share – not less than 11%, 20% (dependind on sort)
Sucrose share – not less than 35%.
To be stored in the temperature between 0 and +10 °С, relative humidity up to 75%.
